What we're looking for:

Motivation, Passion, Integrity.  Those are just some of the attributes valued at TeleTech.  Of course, there are some other requirements too.  These include:

·         2 years + sales experience
·         Experience setting goals and closing sales
·         Outstanding telephone and customer service etiquette skills
·         Proven ability handling difficult situations over the phone and in person
·         Exceptional verbal communication skills
·         Ability and desire to excel in a fast-paced, call center environment.
-         One year or more post secondary education or 2 years equivalent work experience
