VERA Files dispute govt denial of PHL offer to drop Sabah claim

The Department of Foreign Affairs is "misleading the public" in saying that it did not mention Sabah in a note verbale the Philippine government recently sent to Malaysia, the newsgroup that published the disputed report said Tuesday.
