BOI report says AFP commanders refused follow-up interviews

The Philippine National Police Board of Inquiry (BOI) that investigated the Mamasapano clash admitted that its investigation was limited by the refusal by "all concerned officers" of the Philippine Armed Forces to be further questioned.
