Sereno asks Congress to do its utmost in making laws like the BBL

With congressional debate on the proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) currently suspended, Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno, during Friday's Manila Overseas Press Club forum in Makati, reminded both chambers of Congress to do an "excellent job" in their legislative mandate.
