Akbayan solon: Congress may be running out of time to amend EPIRA

There might not be enough time for Congress to repeal or amend Republic Act 9136 or the Electric Power Industry Reform Act (EPIRA) of 2001 because of the months it spent deliberating on President Benigno Aquino III’s request for emergency powers, which is still in limbo in the Senate.
