DOJ junks Pemberton’s plea to dismiss murder case

The Department of Justice has dismissed the plea of US Marine Lance Corporal Joseph Scott Pemberton to dismiss the murder case against him for the alleged killing of Filipino transgender woman Jeffrey “Jennifer” Laude in Olongapo City last year.
