Flags to be lowered to half-mast to mourn fallen policemen —AFP chief

Armed Forces of the Philippines Chief of Staff General Gregorio Catapang, Jr. directed the commanders of all military installations in the country to lower their flags to half-mast effective immediately to pay respect to the Special Action Force (SAF) officers killed Sunday in a clash in Maguindanao.
