Ombudsman indicts Surigao mayor for P4.6M unliquidated cash advances

Ombudsman Conchita Carpio Morales has found probable cause to file criminal charges against Tagana-an, Surigao del Norte Mayor Cesar Diaz for failure to liquidate cash advances amounting to P4.6 million.
