Here's the latest detailed report from Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAG-ASA).

 ISSUED AT: 5:00 PM 04 JULY 2012
VALID BEGINNING: 5:00 PM TODAY UNTIL 5:00 PM TOMORROW

SYNOPSIS: At 2:00 p.m. today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 250 km Northwest of Iba, Zambales (17.6°N, 118.8°E).

FORECAST: The whole country will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms becoming cloudy with widespread rains over the Western section of Luzon which may trigger flash floods and landslides. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the southwest to south will prevail over Northern Luzon and the coastal waters along this area will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the south to southwest with slight to moderate seas.
