SC wants Sandiganbayan side on Enrile plea vs. suspension

The Supreme Court has ordered the Sandiganbayan to comment on the petition filed by detained Senate Minority Leader Juan Ponce Enrile contesting his suspension due to the plunder and graft chrages he is facing in connection the alleged P10-billion pork barrel fund scam.
