Ex-bids and Awards committee chair did not disclose ties with Hilmarc – Valenzuela City

The local government of Valenzuela City on Tuesday confirmed its former city administrator, Rogelio Peig, failed to disclose his ties with controversial contractor Hilmarcs Construction Corporation (HCC), amid allegations by Kabataan party-list Rep. Terry Ridon that Peig had conflict of interest as he also headed the city’s Bids and Awards Committee (BAC).
