Solon: Peace council should attend House hearings on BBL

Civil society leaders asked to study the proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) should be invited to the congressional hearings on the measure later this month so they can find out how lawmakers feel about the measure before the planned national peace summit, a lawmaker said Sunday.
