Gloria Arroyo wishes for freedom as she celebrates her 68th birthday

Former President and now Pampanga Rep. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo turned 68 years old on Sunday and, according to her husband former First Gentleman Jose Miguel “Mike” Arroyo, her birthday wish was she would finally be set free after nearly three years of detention.
