Cherry Mobile recently release a new phone model that excites Filipinos not only because of its price but also of it's operating system the Windows 8.1.  The Cherry Mobile Alpha series is a first low cost phone in the Philippines that embraces the new Windows 8.1 OS. 

Cherry Mobile partnered with Microsoft, Intel, and Qualcomm in developing the Alpha Series, which features two smartphones and two tablets.
