Ombudsman prober: No COA evidence linking Napoles to NGOs

An Ombudsman investigator on Friday admitted seeing no evidence in the Commission on Audit's special audit report that would link alleged pork barrel scam mastermind Janet Lim Napoles to the anomalous disbursement of billions of pesos in pork barrel allocations to dubious non-government organizations that delivered little or none at all to the supposed beneficiaries.
