Job Description: Responsibilities:

Create websites and templates using WordPress (or other CMS)
Create Internet marketing pieces
Responsible for the design, layout and coding of websites including technical and graphical elements.
Design websites that are optimized for search and cross-browser compatible.
Maintenance or updating of websites including testing and identifying technical problems and trouble- shooting.

NOTE: An applicant who has had working experience with applying PSD files into CMS WordPress or Joomla and shopping cart systems with added functionality and plug-in adaptation would be the ideal candidate.

Requirements:
  • Must possess intermediate to advanced graphic design skills (Photoshop, illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash, HTML5)
  • Must possess intermediate to advanced skills using CMS platforms like Drupal, Joomla & Wordpress
  • Proficient in identifying and solving cross-browser compatibility issues relating to HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
  • Flash animation experience would be a big advantage (but not required)
