Graduate of Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent
Male, not over 30 years old
Preferably with 6 months experience in a BPO setting
Knowledgeable with AVAYA, CITRIX, WINDOWS OS AND MAC OS.
Solid understanding in hardware and software issues
Highly motivated, proactive and results-oriented
Must be willing to work in Quezon City
Responsibilities:
Monitors and maintains the computer systems as well as the networks within the company
Deals directly with employees who have technical issues such as forgotten passwords, viruses or email issues
Installs and configures computer systems
Diagnose and solves hardware/software faults
Analyses call logs to spot trends and underlying issues
