Customer Service Representative
Food Panda Philippines, Inc. - Pasig
Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls regarding FOODPANDA
- Answer all queries concerning FOODPANDA and its delivery services
- Checking the correctness of all orders and contact the customer for confirmation
- Submit all correct orders to the targeted restaurants
- Document all calls using the Call Tracking System
- Answer emails and monitor responses so the customers are replied to in a timely fashion
- Have excellent knowledge of FOODPANDA and its operational procedures
- Provide quality customer service on every call
- Communicate clearly and effectively with participants
- Have good grammar and effective writing communication in English
- Promote good listening skills
- Manage length of calls
- Recognizing and managing assertive customer calls
- Promote teamwork and call center success
- Practice effective telephone techniques
- Organize and prioritize duties
- Listen to and critique recorded conversations for purposes of improving customer service skills
Qualifications:
- Completed at least 2nd year in college
- Above average English and Filipino communication skills (both oral and written).
- Highly proficient in MS Word, Power Point and Excel
- Dependable with proficient attention to detail
- Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually.
- Courteous with strong customer service orientation
- Excellent listening and responding skills
- willing to work in Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center Pasig city
