Instead of issuing statements that sounded like the Anti-Money Laundering Council was defending and absolving President Rodrigo Duterte from an investigation by the Office of the Ombudsman, the council should instead expedite a report on the President's bank transactions, Senator Antonio Trillanes IV said Friday.
