Suspected Mexican drug cartel leader Horacio Hernandez Herrera on Tuesday denied the allegations against him, claiming that he was framed up by the agents of the Philippine National Police Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operation Task Force (PNP-AIDSOTF) and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA).
