Summoning Matobato back to Senate hearing ‘a collegial decision,’ says Gordon

Sen. Richard Gordon on Tuesday said it will be up to his colleagues at the Senate committee on justice and human rights if self-confessed hitman Edgar Matobato will be summoned back to the next hearing on alleged extrajudicial killings.
