The modernization of the country's weather bureau is just a step away from being enacted into law after the Senate approved on third and final reading Monday Senate Bill 2834, which seeks to make the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) more responsive to changing weather conditions.
