Senate OKs bill banning reappointment of JBC members who have served two full terms

Voting 17-0, the Senate approved on third and final reading Tuesday a bill seeking to ban the re-appointment of a regular member of the Judicial and Bar Council who has already served two full terms, whether consecutive or not.
