NDRRMC: No Ruby casualties recorded, thanks to forced evacuations

While areas hit by Typhoon Ruby (international name Hagupit) have recorded some damage to property, no lives have been lost thanks to early evacuations and preparation by local government units, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council said early Sunday morning.
