De Lima: ‘Heads will roll’ for convicted drug lords’ luxurious lifestyle in Bilibid

After leading a surprise inspection of the maximum security compound of the New Bilibid Prison earlier Monday, Department of Justice Secretary Leila de Lima said that those who allowed convicted drug lords to live luxuriously inside the penitentiary are "definitely" at risk of losing their jobs.
