PNoy urged: Certify as urgent resolution to extend application for HR violations claims

An alliance of human rights groups on Friday urged President Benigno Aquino III to immediately act and certify as urgent a joint resolution seeking to extend the deadline for the filing of claims of Martial Law victims.
