Jinggoy says Benhur’s testimony is ‘illegal’

Senator Jinggoy Estrada has asked the Sandiganbayan Fifth Division to suppress the use of Benhur Luy's ledger as evidence in the plunder and graft cases filed against him in connection with the alleged pork barrel scam.
