Envoy: US to stick to VFA on Pemberton custody

Amid calls to have US Marine Pfc. Joseph Scott Pemberton – the suspect in the killing of transgender Jeffrey "Jennifer" Laude – placed under Philippine custody, the United States will stick to what the Visiting Forces Agreement says on the matter.
