De Lima: BI to bar Sueselbeck from leaving PHL

Marc Sueselbeck, the German fiance of slain transgender woman Jeffrey "Jennifer" Laude, will not be allowed to leave the country because he will have to face deportation proceedings first, Justice Secretary Leila de Lima said Sunday.
