Philippine National Police chief Director General Alan Purisima rated his efforts for the PNP nine out of 10, but Senator Grace Poe believes his credibility was way below because he apparently didn't tell the whole truth in Tuesday's hearing of the Senate Committee on Public Order and Dangerous Drugs.
