Abad: No salary increase for gov’t workers in 2015

Budget Secretary Florencio “Butch” Abad on Tuesday said the government couldn't grant salary increases for government employees next year, as the government needed to fund other programs after the country was hit by natural disasters in 2013 and earlier this year.
