UST Law dean says he won't meddle in probe on hazing incident involving fraternity brothers

University of Santo Tomas (UST) Faculty of Civil Law Dean Nilo Divina has distanced himself from the school's investigation on the involvement of his fraternity brothers in the death of a student who died allegedly due to hazing.
