The Office of the Ombudsman has found probable cause to file graft and malversation charges against former Bulacan First District Rep. Ma. Victoria Sy-Alvarado in connection with the alleged anomalous micro-financing scheme she funded using her Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) in 2008.
