The Department of Agriculture has intercepted 21 tons of dressed chicken in Cagayan de Oro and 1,500 eggs in Aklan, both shipments supposedly originating from Luzon, amid the ban on transporting poultry and poultry products to prevent the avian influenza virus spreading beyond the main island.
