The Armed Forces of the Philippines has welcomed Negros Occidental's initiative of putting up a P100,000 bounty for the arrest or killing of each communist rebel. AFP spokesperson Brig. Gen. Restituto Padilla Jr. during Friday's Mindanao Hour even encouraged LGUs facing problems with the New People's Army to do the same.
