Ombudsman urged to charge PEA, MBDC execs with graft, plunder

A civil society group has urged the Office of the Ombudsman to file graft and plunder charges against officials of the Philippine Estates Authority (PEA), now called Philippine Reclamation Authority, and the Manila Bay Development Corporation (MBDC) over the allegedly anomalous sale of reclaimed land worth P472 million in 1988.
