NGCP tests Ormoc Substation after bypass of quake-hit power line

The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines said Sunday morning that it is testing its Ormoc Substation before finally allowing power to flow through the system, days after the magnitude-6.5 quake knocked off power supply in Leyte.
