Ex-Cebu councilor guilty of having aide work as cook at GF's resto --Ombudsman

The Office of the Ombudsman has found former Cebu City Councilor Gerardo Carillo guilty of serious dishonesty for allegedly ordering his aide to moonlight as a cook at his girlfriend's restaurant for more than a year.
