The Sandigabayan Fifth Division on Wednesday postponed the arraignment of Senator Sherwin Gatchalian, his brother, Valenzuela City Rep. Weslie Gatchalian and Surigao del Sur Rep. Prospero Pichay for the criminal charges they are facing.
