The Office of the Ombudsman has asked the Sandiganbayan to reverse its decision dismissing the graft case against ex-National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) director general Romulo Neri over the allegedly overpriced national broadband network (NBN) project during the Arroyo administration, saying the evidence it presented was sufficient to sustain his indictment.
