Former Interior Secretary Mar Roxas on Thursday condemned syndicates which he said were behind the laglag bala extortion scheme at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport. In a post on Facebook, the administration's presidential candidate said the alleged extortion scheme has caused widespread fear and embarassment to the Filipino nation particularly the overseas Filipino workers sector.
