A day after North Cotabato Representative and House Committee on Indigenous Peoples (IPs) Chairperson Nancy Catamco accused militant groups of using indigenous peoples for their propaganda, Kabataan party-list Rep. Terry Ridon on Tuesday countered by calling on Catamco to resign her chairmanship over her supposed “lack of understanding and compassion” for the lumads.
