Vice President Jejomar Binay's P200-million damage suit against several personalities, including the Ombudsman and two senators, is meant to fight the "mob rule" put in place by his supposed political detractors investigating the corruption he allegedly committed during his term as Makati mayor, his lawyer said Thursday.
