Chedeng to bring gale-force winds, very rough seas to parts of Bicol, Quezon

PAGASA issued a gale warning Thursday morning for areas on the eastern seaboard of Southern Luzon due to strong-to gale-force winds associated with Typhoon Chedeng, which entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility shortly before midnight Wednesday.
