PNoy did not look for Espina in Jan. 9 meeting about Mamasapano ops

Relieved Philippine National Police-Special Action Force chief Director Getulio Napeñas Jr. admitted Thursday that President Benigno Aquino III did not look for or required the presence of acting PNP chief Deputy Director General Leonardo Espina during their January 9 briefing about the Mamasapano police operation.
