Napoles lawyer says ‘pork’ projects implemented

The lawyer of alleged pork barrel fund scam mastermind Janet Lim-Napoles on Friday insisted that some projects funded by the Priority Development Assistance Funds (PDAF) of lawmakers were implemented.
