Job Description

The Web Graphic Artist will work within the client's marketing team to produce creative and high-quality web design work including web assets, responsive email templates, dynamic email artwork and display banner ads.


Key responsibilities include:
  • Reporting to a full-time designer
  • Working closely with the Digital Marketing Executive to develop creative and original email designs for two brands – Bookworld and Angus & Robertson – and all related web artwork such as banners, pods and landing page designs.
  • Building mobile responsive emails and have strong knowledge of responsive design practices.
  • Producing high-quality work within tight deadlines on a weekly basis while working with brand guidelines, but will also be able to think outside the square to create interesting, fun and eye-catching designs.

Requirements
  • At least 1-3 years of related working experience
  • Has worked both agency and client side (preferably for online retail)
  • Proven design skills
  • Experience as developer and designer - respects both disciplines
  • Expertise on Mac utilizing Adobe CS applications
  • Great sense of typography
  • Comfortable working within brand guidelines
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality within tight deadlines and high volumes
  • Ability to create responsive and modular email templates with the use of media queries
  • Excellent understanding of HTML & CSS with troubleshooting skills - ambitiously solving code hurdles before they become problems
  • Strong knowledge of current mobile/responsive design practices
  • Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree
  • Willing to work at our Mall of Asia site  in Pasay City, Manila on a Day Shift schedule
