Job Position:  Cable Technician / System Support
Employer:  SmoothMoves, Inc. - Quezon City

Job description

• Provide "on-site" customer support for TV cable(STB, outdoor antenna, etc.).
• Assist in upgrading and troubleshooting of cable.
• Install cable in customer sites.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve technical issues in customer.
• Work with our DTT team in demos/install "on-site" of cable
• Schedule and Activate Channels for STB.
• Prepare and present live demos at customer sites and trade shows
• Be willing to travel approximately 50-100% of the time.
• Be willing to work on extended hours and weekends as necessary.
