Hong Kong hikes minimum wage of foreign domestic helpers

The Hong Kong Labour Department on Friday afternoon increased the minimum allowable wage of foreign domestic helpers by 2.3 percent to $4,410 and food allowance by 1.5 percent to $1,053.
