Former Commissioner Nicanor Faeldon may be detained in a Pasay City or Muntinlupa City jail if he will not testify in the Senate blue ribbon committee probe on the P6.4-billion shabu shipment that slipped past the Bureau of Customs (BOC) last May, Senator Richard Gordon said Friday.
